  • eLearning manager for Alcatel Spain, a global telecommunications company, promoting an "online" culture within the company.

  • Better the quality of online training and the user's eLearning experience

  • Collaborate with 15 Alcatel University entities worldwide to select, implement and evolve the Learning Management System (LMS) and the Data Warehouse.

  • Co-authored and edited News Bytes, an internal publication for company executives of the ETSI Wireline Access market which included changes and updates within the industry, product lines and feature introduction.

  • Authored and edited the Marketing Intelligence Bulletin, an internal publication for company executives in order to facilitate their understanding of the North American wireless communications market.

  • Prepared teaching materials on wireless technologies for Johns Hopkins University, School of Continuing Studies.  Invited to be guest speaker for graduate-level telecommunications course.

  • Published telecommunications articles for the German American Trade magazine and various other articles in Women Today,InMadrid, La voz del Tajuña and La Torre.
